DESCRIPTION:Join us for a body-positive yoga class led by Taylore from Atlantic Body Care! \nTaylore will lead us through a gentle class focusing on self acceptance\, love\, confidence and mobilities. The vibes will be restorative\, yin (slow flow)\, empowering mindfulness\, meditation\, and breathwork. \nAll levels\, body shapes\, ages\, abilities\, identities and sizes are welcome. \nBring your own mat if you have it\, but if not we will have some available to borrow free of charge. \nThis event is pay what you can with a suggested $5 donation to Valley Pride to allow us to continue to offer events like these.
